This is the night that we pack. We are bringing saddlebags, and a dufflebag that we will somehow try to strap to the front of the scooter with either an elastic net, or racheting straps. Jana and I borrowed some full face helmets from The Duck and are also looking into some wireless communicators for our helmets so's we can yak it up on the way back. We got some riding jackets and gloves today while we were out running errands which was totally a impulse decision. Our next stop was to look at a $20 used leather coat for Jana, but we got suckered, well not before I got extra discounts on top of sale prices. When have you ever known me to pay full price for anything ;) Maybe a little over the top, but at least we will be safe and warm. Jana's brother was right. The best thing to do is to get on the bike and pretty much Dumb and Dumberer it all the way back. Two nerds all wireless and dressed like we are on a BMW touring bike riding a little 250cc Spacy all the way from the Twin Cities. I am sure I won't sleep tonight. Maybe I will get a little screwed up.
